Samsung LN52B630 Gorgeous Picture whether pitch black or streaming sun

I upgraded from a Sony 52" rear projection television. I have thought about upgrading off and on through the years whenever technology improved and prices came down. I decided to take the plunge! I loved my old Sony except for how it would show a glare/reflection during the day so that was the main thing I wanted to resolve with my new purchase as well as a gorgeous picture at a great price. I decided on Samsung LN52B630 52-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LCD HDTV with Red Touch of Color and I am so glad I did! This television makes everything look fantastic regardless of whether my room is pitch black or streaming sun through the many windows and sliding glass doors! I watched Gorillas in the Mist in SD and that movie never looked so good! I compared Lake View Terrace in HD to SD and HD is worth every penny! You can download the manual from [...] to see how the tweaks you can do on picture, sound, etc. One of the things I like most is picture Mode - Dynamic for when sun is streaming into the room, Movie for dark room and Natural and Standard for in between such as dusk, dawn, overcast days, sunny but not hitting the windows, etc. Based on all the reviews about poor sound, I purchased a 5.1 home theater system but I am going to return it. After tweaking the picture, I tweaked the sound and I love it! Part of what I found is matterful in sound quality is the distance this tv is from the wall as it bounces the sound off the wall. I have it sitting on SEI Monticello Faux Slate Media Stand. about 13-15 inches from the wall and it makes a very full sound. I connected it to AT&T U-verse through Mediabridge Ultra Series - 6ft High Speed HDMI Cable - Version 1.3 Category 2 Certified - 1080p - Blu-Ray - PS3 using Monster Cable MP HTS850 Home Theater PowerCenter and I love my set-up! My Panasonic DMP-BD30K 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player never looked so good! So far I am thinking I like it best with the 120Hz turned off and my local retail salesman said that the 120Hz is what you are paying for in the jump in price from the B530 and the A630 and since other reviewers as well say they prefer the 120Hz turned off, prospective buyers wanting to save money might want to consider those models which are still matte screen I think! Gotta go watch my new HDTV setup now!
